1977 Marlin 16' V-Drive Circle

Fully restored. One owner recreational / circle racer / drag & ski boat with awesome maneuverability and speed.
I’ve never raced it but you can if you like as an E class/ SS. Cruises and ski’s excellent, and can be a daily driver.
Hull was done professionally in/out by Alberto Fiberglass with Dupont Imron epoxy, Centari (bone) paint and 8 coats murano (purple) pearl clear.
All new drive train, with new or N.O.S parts. 100 hrs. on complete rebuild and restoration, broken in carefully.
11 1/2″ X 16″ RH Scott Baker Props (world champ) 2 blade propeller. Pro rake that just keeps climbing with zero vibration.
Premium build Sm. block 383 Chevy stroker with 600hp/525 lbs.torque. 4 bolt main (internally balanced), blueprinted w/ alternator for charging and HEI system. MSD Marine HEI kit w/ Dist.,Rev limiter, Plug wires. Dan Olson 7 qt. baffled oil pan.
Factory assembled boat with Marlin factory parts, all race tested. This boat design won 2 world championships.
My Brother worked there in 1973 and personally laid this hull up special with extra roving and resin.
Water inj. OT Bassett chrome headers are cool and sound mello when running with no baffles needed.
Live up/down cav pedals w/Trimetric cav lock Water cooled Menkens V-drive w/neutral lock out (double braced).
New 1.12 OD gears, stays cool all day, Aukeen 1 ton custom driveline and Tacoma propeller race propshaft.
All rails and braces are either polished 6060T aircraft alum. or Stainless. Original Jones tattle tail redline direct drive Tach.,
New gauges and Wiring.
ReCaro fiberglass buckets w/roll & tuck snap off covers. Hall Craft cable steering that gives a sure steering feel to the rudder and never fails.
2 Russell S.S.10 gal.fuel tanks (grounded) run boat for 7 hrs.(20mpg) All new S.S braided fuel and water hoses with connectors.
Set up is all done saving you time and money and is very, very fast with excellent handling.
Boat and Custom Trailer have current tabs and registered in WA State.
Easy to maintain and will last a lifetime it has for me.
